| Deer Hunting at Irish Creek
The whitetail deer population was good in Unit 15. We have an abundance of crops that provide excellent food and habitat. Most of our hunting areas are 160-320 acres in size with wooded creek areas, CRP grass, and cropland. Please read these important changes for the 2008 hunting season! We are located in unit 15. You may select another adjacent unit to hunt. We suggest units 5 or 6. Deer Season Muzzleload Deer Season Rifle About our hunts: all deer hunts are 5 days, semi-guided. Bring your own tree stands or ground blind. We have tree stands and ground blinds available with advanced notice. Accomodations include mud room and facilities to process your kill, bring a cooler for transport. We have a local slaughter plant within 4 miles if you want professional cutting / packaging.
